Well I have been riding the Hunk for almost 7+ years now and want an upgrade now, I am looking for a big in 300cc + category, I have saved up 2L already for this and will be able to finance the bike myself.
Will be riding in the city mostly, and absolutely he'll bent to start touring as soon as I get the new one.
I am looking for only naked bikes.
All the bikes in the market have not appealed to me.
Be it the D390, Z250 or TNT 300 ( Considered it and even took a TD, but have dropped it because of the suggested high maintenance costs[emoji53]) not interested in the MT-03.
Now since it is 17' and there are lots of potential launches want to make up mind and be set on buying a new one.
I have set the TL for getting the bike as this whole year. So you can say that I am looking only for Models that have not been released still.
1. D390 17' ( Amazing Technology on the bike being offered, as a package no other bike comes near it and will be released as they have suggested this year in 2nd quarter)
2. G310R ( Have been waiting for this bike for 2 years now, even went to the extent of pestering on the relative in TVS, looks like 2nd half of this year release, have heard only good things from reviews from abroad)
If they are launched this year
1. Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 (Drolling over it since ECIMA 15') (Bajaj is manufacturing it, only problem is, what strategy they're going to take when it comes to the launch, whether they cater the European market first and make a delayed launch in India. Or launch in simultaneously WW. Even hear conflicting news about the launch in EICMA Husqvarna said it is going to be this year but some are saying it will be in 18' or 19') (Good if someone throws some light on it)
2. Benelli Leoncino ( Same situation has the Svartpilen no word no news and we know DSK haven't launched the 302R for over 6 months now. My heart was set on this bike but I don't think it will see the light of the day at least for another year. And don't want to wait till then)
Please help me to decide
If my heart had to choose I would go like
Leoncino
Svartpilen
G310R
D390 17'
If my mind had to choose it will be in the reverse order.
Suggestions on new bikes most welcome and please pitch on your opinions too.
