Access 125 Pre-Owned Checklist

We're getting a deal on 9k run access for 40k (Mar' 2014). Should we go for it? Vehicle seems apparently clean and well maintained but not sure about checkpoints I should tick before buying it.

I have arrived to access after a plenty of discussion here. ? Please let me know the points I should run with.
