Query Approved

Are you planning to buy a bike without taking a test ride? And without checking out other bikes in the market? Do read the ownership threads of the 600i as well
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

TheArcher84 : Sir, your valuable experience and advise is needed.
I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

TS: If you can afford the maintenance part then it's a good bike, service are too short.

Murthy,

Being crazy about superbikes is one thing and getting to know its intricacies is another. Hope you are well aware of the upsides and downsides of owning a SBK not just Benelli.
Can you put more clarity on your requirement, what is your intended usage, your style, Are you more of a city commute person who is planning to use the SBK for a occasional long ride.

I am happy to share my experience which I had with a SBK, a 600i in the past .

Hello Murthy,
Though not owning a 600i, I've ridden it for several kms and used it for few trips (a friend's). Let me tell you what I've found good and bad on the bike. The bike is pure VFM, who gives an inline-4 at such a price.! Well, the bike was excellent to ride for long distances, comfort factor is above average. The road presence is humongous. The exhaust note is magnificent. The brakes are great, comes with ABS, and the suspension is good enough to keep you on the cushion for long without hurting your back. On the downside, as people have told, the maintenance cost is huge, and the service intervals being frequent. I'm sure TheArcher84 can enlighten you on that. The cost of spare parts if need be replaced, is also pretty high.

Nevertheless, if Benelli TNT600i is your dream bike, absolutely go for it. But do take a test ride and with a slightly broader view, compare with the other bikes in it's segment.
I myself was a cbr650f and when I saw the 2017 ninja650, I swayed towards Kawasaki, though not an inline-4, the bike feels suited for me in all ways. Waiting to test ride it.
Anyways, cheers and good luck buddy.

PS: : TR before you choose a bike. Will help you a great deal.!
