Hello Fellow riders,
Presently I am using a Karizma-R series (2010 model). I have clocked around 59k Kms and Now I am looking for a new bike.
Reason for selling karizma is that the bike is giving lots of problems (biggest issue is oil seepage) and I am not able to find a good mechanic (changed 2 svc) which can rectify the issues by 100%.
I am 5 ft 7 inch. 66 kg rider. I mostly ride in city and occasional highway rides. I am looking for a bike with powerful yet smooth engine (like karizma), well built with good quality parts, good pillion comfort. I can stretch my budget to 2 lacs.
I am thinking of buying between Fz 25, Benelli TNT 25, Dominar, KTM 390/25, CBR 250.
Today I have taken test ride of Benelli TNT 25 (with metz tyres). I didn't find the bike to be smooth. Plus as I read in the ownership thread, that the parts are manufactured outside India so they cost a bomb if someone need to change something.
FZ 25 not available for test ride in Ahmedabad.
KTM 25 and 390 was not available for test ride.
Couldn't go to bajaj showroom to test ride Dominar.
I have test riden CBR 250 but I am upset from honda. I was eagerly waiting for Honda to upgrade this CBR with new CBR 250/300 as it is selling in international markets (the one with twin headlamps). But they didn't.
So fellow riders kindly suggest me a good machine.
