t have any misconception about korean bikes when it comes to reliability ,the stance of the bike is comfortable.plus this bike is a looker ,you can easily cruise at 150kmph+ and if you rev till peak rpms it can also do 195kmph and i think thats more than enough for a cruiser
Sir, no offence for any of the korean brands. How can we forget that Hyundai is also a Korean brand which has created waves in the Indian automobile market. But DSK Hyosung tie-up is simply not working here. The service and after sales support is pathetic and the resale value of Hyosung bikes is minimal. Had personally observed these things and finally given up on GT650r. So, a big NO to Hyosung!

If you can stretch your budget, CBR 650 f will fit the bill, great tourer, has a very meaty mid and top end, if you don't mind waiting , do check out the review of the 2017 model, with LEDS looks gorgeous and slight power bump by 4-5 hp and a increase in the bassy stock exhaust and bigger aur box makes it a good addition. Another good option is the street triple range, which make decent tourers but comes at a higher price point.

Personally I don't have any kind of experience with both of these bikes. But gone through many reviews of SR and all of them point towards one thing, Heat! Do check that out.

          Hello Guys,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, why there is no ownership review coming up for the HD street Rod also there is no buzz for this bike, I love the way it looks. All the reviews are test ride reviews, where are the actual owners?

Is this bike not doing good in terms of sales, or is there anything that I am missing.

Yes this was the reason I prompted this query. I actually am looking for review from someone who's using it daily on Indian roads and climate

Bro, I am a big fan of the Street Rod and i have plans of owning it someday but i will suggest you the Ninja 650, the reason being your primary use is touring! I think the best thing you can do is test ride both of them, ask them for a longer test ride, HD will certainly give you a longer ride because they gave it to me, i had tough luck with the Kawasaki peeps though.
