    Need Comfortable bike for touring with wife

    Hi, i need a TOURING bike with great comfort to travel in mountains with my wife.

    1. Budget: 3Lakh
    2. Age:33
    3. Height:5'6
    4. Weight:80
    5. Intended usage:Comfortable Weekend Touring(mostly in Mountains)
    6. Fuel Efficiency requirement (approx., if any) :30+ Should be ok
    7. City & Highway percentage usage: 20/80
    8. Approximate Daily / Monthly running: 150km+ on weekend
    9. City :Chandigarh
    10. Brand :- anything else from bajaj and Enfields

    please suggest me a bike.

      How many bikes are you planning to buy? Race track usage & comfort, don't think so.

        Sorry for confusion, have edited my Query .
        i just require a Bike which is comfortable for both rider/pillion and can munch miles.

        meanwhile i was following Posting guidelines.

          Mojo is one good option. It's an acquired taste though. Super comfortable. Awesome tourer.

          Duke 390 with ride on air would be an awesome tourer. Not the most comfortable but with Ride on air it does make sense

          Himalayan. But it has too many issues in the previous batches with a promise of it being addressed in the new batches. RE have not delivered on it yet. LONG WAIT.

          FZ25. Again comfortable for pillion. Not much of an upgrade from the NS though.

          Dominar. But for some reason you don't want Bajaj.

          CBR 250. It's an old horse. Still one of the best tourers. Though out dated it's one of the best for munching miles.

            For your range and requirements, honestly there are not too many options!
            As already suggested, you can try out the Mojo and CBR250(ABS). If you can push your budget a little more, Z250 is a brilliant machine as well. I'm a little apprehensive about Mahindra's service network though.
            A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.

              Very minimal options currently available in the market..the best bet being CBR 250R ABS which has an excellent proven track record and the new entry the Mahindra Mojo which has created quite a stir in the touring market with impeccable ride quality and engine refinement.

              The Z250 as suggested is a great machine, however i don't think it will fit your max budget of 3 lacs plus pillion comfort is something it is not famous for...

              FE of above 30+ is something you are not likely to receive, not unless when you are consistently touring.

                I would suggest the Mojo, The new BS4 version has a better pillion seat owing to better pillion comfort, a great tourer with a 21l tank!
