  • The Kawasaki Z250 dilemma

    Hello,
This is my actual first post in this forum.
Been an avid motorcyclist since before motorcycle were ever conjured, probably. 😄

    Now for the dilemma.
I've been in Pune close to a year now. I used to work under an automotive design company here in Hinjewadi 😉
Now that I have managed to get a on roll job there, I'm considering buying a bike.
Now, I've been privy to owning a yamaha FZ and followed by the the KTM 200 dukey.
I think it's now time to go one up and get a premium bike.
Bring in the Z250. I've rented it a couple of times from Wicked Ride in bangalore and my God did I fall in love with it. The screaming top end is very unnatural for a street fighter, yes but, the styling and the charismatic engine is making me go for this instead of the 390.
Now the help I desperately need from xBhp is does it make sense buying a Kwacker in the current scenario where Kawasaki is facing some issues after the Bajaj breakup (which I'm actually happy that it happened)?

And I will be buying the bike in bangalore and then bringing it to Pune. I've heard that due to gst the price for registration of bikes has gone up? 🤔

Why don't you PM some of the Z250 owners and ask them about the company setup after the split.
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

Yeah the thought crossed my mind, asked a few and they say the service is up and running.
