Re: Help me take a decision.
As you already owned NS 200, there is no point in going for NS 200 2017 model... IMO except colour scheme almost all are similar...Originally posted by Ananthu Bikerboy View PostI previously owned a 200ns 2013 model. Now I'm planning on buying a new motorcycle and is stuck between yamaha r15s, pulsar 200ns 2017 and pulsar rs200 2017. Please help me take a decision.
RS 200
As you are already using Bajaj product you are aware of service and bike quality if you are satisfied with go for RS 200.
R15 s
If you don't need pillion comfort then go for R15 V2 other wise consider R15s.. very good bike, decent mileage.. everything fine.. but please test ride to check whether it suits for your riding style...

Re: Help me take a decision.
The use is multipurpose. Daily commuting and touring. I understand that NS offers more comfort. But the quality is really a issue for me. Even though my NS satisfied me i was never ever satisfied with the service Bajaj offered. Overall am just confused.Originally posted by sunilg View PostBefore asking anyone to help you, please let us know how do you intend to use the bike?

And yes the quality and service of Bajaj is the only thing holding me back.

Re: Help me take a decision.
I think after riding the NS you will feel that the R15 is a bit under powered. Its a great bike on it own, an engineering masterpiece build to race. But compared to the more powerful NS, it loses on both speed and power. So it will not be an upgrade. If you are ok with a bit less power, go for the R15; a butter smooth, robust an reliable machine that will amaze you with its refinement and dream like handling and brakes.
There is no point getting a second NS, as there are no upgrades on the 2017 model. It would not make any sense.
RS200 is a good bike, if you like it go for it.
To try something different and fresh, why not take a look at the new RTR200. It has power to keep you happy, ABS is a boon on Indian roads and I hope the TVS service centers does a better job than the Bajaj (You can always ask specific queries directly to the owners in the ownership thread).I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

Re: Help me take a decision.
You can also consider FZ 250
A really good bike that does it all
Dont rely on the specs listed on paper, in real world it performs much better than what is listed on the spec sheet.

The 5 speed gear shift, 20bhp and air cooling for a 250cc bike bothers me..Originally posted by Rahul.g View PostYou can also consider FZ 250

Re: Help me take a decision.
The carburetor version of himalayan had many issues. Two of my friends who are himalayan owners even said they wouldn't recommend the bike to me because of so many issues which even they have no idea of but then i watched some youtube reviews of the himalayan fi bs4 and the riders seem to be pretty happy. I just want to know if the problems are resolved.Originally posted by Rousha Rider View PostIn what sense you are asking. Can you be more specific?
