I'm trying to get a decent bike for daily commute and weekend highway riding.

2. Age : 26
3. Height :5'7"
4. Weight :70
5. Intended usage: Office commute (15 kms up and down) and weekend highway rides
6. Fuel Efficiency requirement: Doesn't matter
7. City & Highway percentage usage : 70% city & 30% highway
8. Approximate Daily / Monthly running : 35-40 kms daily
9. City / Town /Village of residence: City (Chennai)
10. Brand / Bike type preference: R15s / CBR

I have shortlisted 3 R15s around my place, details follows as:

1. 6 months old
6400 kms in odometer
good condition
Asking price: 1 lakh

2. 1 year 3 months old
10500 kms in odometer
Haven't checked personally
asking price: 95k

3. 1 year 7 months old
14000 kms in odometer
haven't checked personally
asking price: 90k

I'm bit confused about what should be the proper price and what things exactly should I check except smoke, tires, engine sound, vibrations, engine oil condition, radiator, forks and leakage, chain and chain sprocket condition.
Could you guys please help me out with this situation.
