I suggest you go for FZ25 before you get confused further. But,
One more very solid deal is Yamaha R15 version 3.0, which is a 155cc, 19~ bhp bike with a top speed of around 150-155 kmph on meter.
If you wish to ride a sports motorcycle (it has its own compromises on comfort and convenience), then get R15 instead of FZ.
Since both these bikes come from the same Yamaha showroom, I suggest you test ride both and ask yourself which segment you must go for.

But since it is your first bike, better get FZ25.

Another bike which you can consider is Honda CBR 250R, but its getting dated with its looks and presence.

TNT25 isn’t a twin cylinder bike where TNT300 is. The points which you have mentioned may apply to TNT300.

TNT 25 is single cylinder and costs 2.18L OTR in Pune, Hyderabad should be around that price.

However, since DSK are in deep financial trouble now, it is recommended to stay away from them. Their ASS has always been questionable and expensive, it is all the more risky to count on it now because you never know when will they close operations or customer facing frustration due to non-availability of spare parts.

As for your original question, consider buying Fazer 250 instead of FZ25 since you mentioned your desire about buying a head-turner and FZ25 doesn't have a distinct presence as such.

TNT25 just sounds amazing. Thats all it has nothing else.

If thats your budget then definitely opt for FZ25, but do remember it has only 5 gears, touring highway speed will be less than what you would get from a 6 gear 200-250cc bike. But if you want to ride in teh city only then FZ25 is perfectly fine.

If you want another option, check out the RTR200 2.0 Race edition. But the problem here is that its got Carb, FI and Carb+ABS, theres NO FI+ABS.

If your into sport riding and don't mind aggressive riding posture go for R15 V3. It looks drop dead gorgeous, like the baby of R1 and R6.

When one of my friends went to take her scooter from service last week, I saw the R15 v3 and it looks so beautiful man. And going by the reviews it rides as well as it looks too.

I'm thinking of buying one just to relive my college days with r15 v2!

If naked motorcycles is your thing, FZ25 fits nicely in your budget. If ABS is necessity, then Apache 200 ABS.

In my opinion Royal Enfiled Bullet 350 is best option for you. In my house 10 Bullet are avail. Bullet love in my blood.
