I got my 2wheeler licence 1year back, I learned on 100cc bike. Like to buy a bike my choice is 150/125cc .I am 6ft tall, 75kg, Age 49. Looking for a bike with less power/speed please suggest me a suitable one(but not bajaj)

Are you looking for more low end torque for city level tractability?
Anyhow, get Honda CB Shine 125... It seems the best bet for you. Do test ride Suzuki Zeus 125 too. It also has awesome torque, the max torque is at just 3000 rpm.
In 150cc segment, you'd be looking at Yamaha SZ-R or maybe, Suzuki GS150R.---
