Bike for touring with pillion under 2.5L

Hi guys I am looking for a bike that serves the purpose of usual city rides (not everyday). Itâ€™s going to be my 1st bike.

I am not inclined to any specific brands. How ever I want a bike thatâ€™s reliable. I am good a maintaining vehicles.

Iâ€™ll be happy if the bike has ABS. I donâ€™t know why these stupid companies donâ€™t bring anything standard unless itâ€™s pushed by Government.

None the less I hope you guys will help me in this.
