    Query Approved

Have you not test ridden any bike up until now? Also, are you not interested in any specific model? You couldn't be possibly starting from a blank slate!
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

      Re: First bike

Considering your FE requirements, an FZ 25 makes most sense. Good fuel efficiency. A 5 year warranty on the Engine and can do long runs at 100kmph.

Since you just got your license and have ridden a 150cc commuter bike, I would recommend you stay below 200cc

As such you have a couple of options for which you will need to take test rides and get a feel for yourself.

        1. RTR 200 4V
        2. RTR 160 4V
        3. Gixxer SF (has cosmetic defects, be careful)

Hes prolly a beginner rider, whos not interested in Motorcycles yet. Thats how I was back in 2013 when I bought an Activa just because I had to get a bike for commuting and general reasons.

How about honda hornet ABS ..OR the FZ250?

As you have 3 years experience of your dads unicorn .. hornet will be comfortable for you ...
Its had good milage of 40-45 kmpl.
          Reliable engine ..
          Bigger rear tyre ..
Comes at a good price ..
          Optional ABS ..
          Good for city rides ..

Or if you need style and looks you can go for r15 v3 ... it has decent milage like 40-50 kmpl (depends on riding style)
          Amazing handling ..
Lots of features like slipper clitch ,VVA, FI.

Hoardseeker, since you are starting your biking life (more or less), I would suggest you get one with dual channel ABS which will give you safety also.

Since you have ridden your Dad's Unicorn, check out the TVS RTR 200 4v which comes with dual channel ABS.

            Cheers

I have bought the RS200 , i am much tall and the 810mm seat height fits me ,i wanted a faired bike but my parents wanted the seating position not being so aggressive,so i had 2 options rs200 and cbr250r ,the cbr was little outdated and priced nearly 2lac exshowroom for abs ,out of reach for my budget ,only one option was the rs200.
