    A bike for college going and a bit of touring below 1.5 lakh on road bangalore

    Hey guys please suggest me a good bike. My height is 178 cms and I need comfort, performance and a bit low on maintenance. This is my first bike.
    My ideas are :

    R15 v3- I chose this because as a tall person like me I can ride it I feel.

    Fz25- The only bike to offer comfort for rider and pillion.

    Hornet 160R abs - for engine reliability and low service costs

    Apache 160 4v fi- for the performance on offer.

    Bajaj rs 200 or ns 200 - Chose them for their everyday use and good mileage and performance.

    Your suggestions are very helpful.

      I've ridden just Fz25 here as I own it. You can go for this motorcycle. I'm a college student as well. Thing is it's mileage is good which allows me to go for tours. Wind blast is a problem for touring though. However I cruise at 90km/hr in highways so it's fine.

              R15 is best for college students ...

              I myself is a last year student of b.com
              And currently own the r15 v3 ..
              I as a 22 year old boy with lots of thrill and energy feels that the agressive and stylish and beautiful v3 is the best choise for teenagers ..

              You will make a lot of impression with the beauty of the v3 ...and you will feel like a celebrity with all the people looking at you and your bike 😉

              And as a young guy you can manage the r15 in a long tour ... at first you will have some minor pain in wrist and sholders .. but after few days your body will set according to it ..and after a week you will be comfortable with the bike ... i ride daily like 40-50 km.. and in sundays i go on a highway ride 70km . And i feel no pain now ..

                You can choose apache over Hornet owing to better looks( I know it's subjective) and peppier engine performance. Of course you will have to miss ABS in apache.

                  Why settle for the RtR 160 , when you can try out the 200 series ,[emoji6] the price would be close to that of the R15 v3 .

                    +1 for the FZ25. The R15 V3 is beautiful engineering though.
                    A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.

                      The R15 V3/FZ25 will be a great choice. But none of these offer ABS. If you are good with braking just go for any of these. Personally i like the R15 over the FZ25. The motor is so smooth and have a great acceleration like a 200cc one. Do a test ride of both and decide.

                        I'd choose Honda between those options. Hornet is great: excellent pickup and throttle, good engine (very refined). But I heard it often has chain issue and corpus has too many plastic.
