I am confused to go between Rs200 and cbr250r, Both suits my needs,the Rs200 has dual headlams and I could go for the ABS version whereas cbr250r has great refined engine, 250cc and outdated looks,I can't go for abs though. I'm really confused what to choose. What would you choose and why? And Most importantly, why not the other?

Just for the sake of ABS alone, I would say go for RS200 ABS.
Yes, CBR is definitely smoother than RS. If you could get CBR's ABS version by extending your budget a bit, that would be great.
Another good choice is Dominar 400, that too comes with ABS as standard, and is noteably more powerful than the other 2 bikes you mentioned.
And Dominar 400 is exactly what I would get, in this budget.
It has ABS, its powerful, the LED headlights are great, it has good torque spread in its midrange, all this for just some more cash over RS200...Last edited by Samarth 619; 04-27-2018, 01:44 AM.---

+1 for the Dominar. It gives you fresh new looks with all the bells and whistles including the LED lights and dual channel ABS.
If you are willing to move from sport type to naked power cruiser type, Dominar checks all the boxes. The only negative I can think of is the weight, which I am told disappears once you get a move on. If not, and you want one of the shortlisted bikes only, the RS200 makes more sense and comes in your budget as well.

Hi,
Like others have suggested if you have the budget just simply go for the Dominar 400, it's the best money can buy right now below ₹2lakhs for that solid all rounder package. Ticks all the right boxes. That's the only Bajaj I recommend to anyone right now.

I like CBR 250 because its a comfortable tourer bike with great power and most important it has honda long lasting engine.
RS200 has ABS but it dont have the quality that honda gives ... and the engine is also not refine as CBR ... i personaly dont trusts bajaj bikes .. but if the budget is low and you have no other choise then the RS200 is ok ..
CBR 250 is old but not absolete it still have that punch.Comment
