  • Looking to buy gearless scooter

Mates I am looking to buy a gearless scooter for my office commute. Mileage not a concern

    Height 6ft 1inc
    Weight 100kgs
    Budget 80k

Looking to buy a casual scooter for office ride 20kms daily and nearby errands.

    To select between

SR150 - General feedback on most forums...not a practical bike however fun to ride. From test drive I liked the initial pickup and power and bike like posture. No idea how much I will take the fun to ride ...I am 35yrs.

    Access 125 - very practical.

    Burgman ?

Ntorq - A short ride on friends bike I will wasn't that comfortable.

Please suggest. Open to other options also.

Burgman will suit you. Since you're a well built tall guy burgman will enhance your personality, also you'll get dc full led headlights which is first in segment.

Looking for sheer practicality? Access 125 it is, hands down.
Have more money to spend, get the Burgman 125.

SR & Ntorq are purely performance biased. You wont get the Comfort. So drop them.

            Hi,

Exactly like our other members have pointed out, for your budget range and 6ft height only Suzuki Access 125 will give extra legroom when compared with other scooters for comfortable commuting for tall people. Burgman too might be same but not sure.

            Cheers!

I am using a Jupiter since 2015. Not a single problem till date.

Its got great features and super smooth engine. Its got more than decent power for the city usage and my wife is also very comfortable driving it.

Ntorq is also a great choice with the tech it offers. I am yet to check the Burgman hence cannot comment on the scoot but the reviews are good.

The final decision should be made by test driving these sir as you will yourself get the signal that this is the right one. Some decisions are not always rational

                All the best !

Jupiter is one of those scooters for which owners hardly say something negative. The scooter is so good. And practical too. No just because Heera Thakur promotes it - it is a real good thing; try it. I do not own a Jupiter - but going by your requirements, I'd suggest you to take a test ride.
Access is also a good one along with Alpha(very low visibility on road but is a sturdy one which is underrated).
A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.

That Heera Thakur reference was so funny

On a serious note, TR Jupiter/Activa 125/ Grazia - its always good to ride them all once.
