I am looking buy a 2 wheeler (not for very long distances). So just thinking, how about the option of electric scooters?
Especially, the Lithium battery models look interesting being easier to detach and charge separately (no need to have charging point at parking place), and also are said to be long lasting (5-6 years being said), higher distance range.

But not able to see much user reviews about them.

Could you please provide any info regarding Lithium battery scooter's , battery performance over a period of time?
How is the depreciation of its range per charge, and scooter speed, with the age of the battery?
Now, in 2018 are electric scooters developed enough to rival petrol scooters?
