Had queries regarding the Benelli TNT 300 motorcycle.

1). How is the servicing ?
By servicing I mean the mechanic's knowledge about the bike (common issues) at the company's servicing store, cost of spare parts, and service intervals.
2). Does the engine heat up ?
Had a bad experience riding Benelli TNT 600i (leased by Royal Brothers rental), hence the question.
3). Has the fuel leakage problem from fuel tank been rectified ?
Not sure whether TNT 300 has the same problem as in 600i.
4). Reliability of the motorcycle ?
5). Is the motorcycle worth the money spent on buying it?
6). Touring capabilities (Rider comfort) ?

My requirement are occasional city rides and highway rides. But, planning to keep the bike for minimum period of 5 to 6 years from now.
