  • Robust reliable bike

Suggest me a robust+reliable bike. Should be robust enough to be ridden over broken roads+reliable for long distance daily commuting+ touring during late nights. (I own an FZ-S currently, but it's front alloys tend to break very easily due to riding on broken roads. Hence sturdy alloys+rims mandatory)
    My stats - Height 5"5
    Age- 33
    Budget 1.5-2 lacs
    Average cruising speed 100-110 kmph.

I think Dominor and Gixxer Sf 250 is the best available option for you.

Thanks. So Gixxer 250 and Dominar alloys are strong enough to withstand breaking while riding over potholes? And is the gixxer 259 headlight bright enough?

I am not sure about Gixxer Sf 250 since it's newly arrived But I'm damn sure that with the Dominar you can hit potholes without any fear and also Dominar has the better illumination head lamps.

But alloy wheels are not suitable for core off-road drives. You should tryout off-road bikes for that. RE Himalayan is one them.

Just go and take test drive and then decide.

                How's RE Himalayn's reliability?

Never heard of FZ alloy broken so easily. Better avoid pot hole or reduce the speed at which you take it. Even most rugged bikes are also vulnerable to an extent. Check out FZ25 or Dominar.

                  Cheers.

In my opinion, FZ25 should be a better upgrade for you since you are already familiar with the series. Has enough power to meet the demands.
