Hard to suggest without knowing your actual requirement, but i can give my suggestion on general terms
First dominar is the value for money bike, no other bike come closer to this in terms of features, comfort...

1. If looking for city ride plus highway cursing then no doubt dominar is good choice.
2. If only looking for city and comfort ride, not bother much about millage and per year 1 or 2 highway trips then still you can consider dominar.
3. If strictly looking only for city ride and millage, then for dominar price range you can consider other bikes.

Well put by Girish. Dominar 2019 is an overall pretty good bike, they have made Litsa improvements on it, making it a very good package. And it was always vfm.
