I have recently shifted to Europe and I am planning to get a tourer.

The good aspect about it is that there is a wide selection. Ironically it is also one of the bad aspects as I am very confused.

I've been trying to narrow it down with a following filters:
-Pre-owned. Something less than 10K euros.
-Would be a upgrade from my RE in India. So I am not sure what kind of a beast I can handle.
-Decent off-roading capabilities with cruising speed of 120 km/h.

Please do let know me a direction to think about.

NB: It'll take me about 6 months for the licence and other things, so I have time to think till then.
NB: I always had a thing for the streetfighters, but I am not sure if it will be the best fit.
