Hey, I have test ridden it and the bike oozes one word - 'COMFORT'. The seats are just mind blowing. Sofa on two wheels. Few points which I could list down after the ride:-

      1. The looks are deadly (Individual perspective).

      2. The bike felt bulky, front heavy and the front cowling is wide. Feels as if you are riding a litre class bike (only with respect to size).

      3. Extremely comfortable seats.

      4. All goodies like Crash guard, Saddle stays, tail bag rack, USB charger are stock accessories.

      5. Fit and finish are good. I liked it.

      6. I test rode it immediately after riding the Versys. So found power lacking. But as such the power to weight ratio is poor when compared to other bikes.

      7. Heavy at 230+ kgs.

      8. The seat height is low so easy to keep the feet flat down increasing the confidence.

      9. Superb fuel tank capacity which gives you good range. 19L if I may recollect.

      10. Cannot comment on the service related issues as thats the major point of me staying away from it. I just loved it and almost all my requirements are met except the power and the service clauses.

Just test ride it and if you have a Benelli service station close by then just go for it if you like it.

      Cheers.!

Checkout the Autocar review of the bike, it seems to be good but very heavy for its capacity and torque curve not best suited for off-roading, else you should be fine as it is sold at a good price point.

From what I have heard from multiple sources, ASS is very bad, infact, its one of the worst amongst all the big bike manufacturers.
I wouldn't go with a brand with this kind of rep as getting assistance might be a nightmare.
