If you are particularly looking for adventure bikes, then you have a couple more options.

      1. Xpulse 200 : A brand new adv bike from Hero. I agree that Hero has been out of the game for quite a while now, but the bikes are trouble free and easy to maintain. A very good option for a adventure bike lover. Do check it out.

      2. KTM 390 ADV : We have rumors and leaked pics, no set date of launch. But once it is launched, it will be good. The KTMs are known to have niggles and issues, but this one is based on already proved 390 engine, so even the very first batch should be fairly reliable. You might need to extend your budget, but it would be worth the price. If you can wait and have budget, I would suggest to wait for it.

      3. Himalayan : A value for money product, no doubt, but reliability and niggle free ownership has never been a forte for RE. Go for it only if you have the RE bug and be prepared to face some issues. I live in the RE capital of India (Chandigarh, Punjab since 2009), where every second bike is an RE. So I know what I am talking about.

      4. BMW GS310 : a super premium adventure bike, not at all worth for money. But hey, you get a BMW badge, and it is fairly competent. It goes without saying that the service and maintenance will be expensive.

I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.
