Want to upgrade from Yamaha Fazer? Budget of 4 lakh

I want to upgrade from Yamaha Fazer budget around 4 lac.
Usage will be 40% city and 60% highway.
Want to go for something powerful and reliable too.
Want to have a taste of twin cylinders.
Some choices are RE twin and Ninja 650.
Personally inclined more towards a relaxed posture.
