The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

imho, classic 500 might suit your requirement.the ample torque 41 Nm help in effortless riding(read not necessary to wring the throttle & keeping in high revs).once i sat on that bike in showroom,i can tell u that seat is surely big enough to accomodate comfortably a big person like u.till nobody had such along tetsride in classic 500,don't know about the top speed figure.

My IMHO... if you are looking for an easy ride, I think TB would be the best option for you. It goes 110 - 120 easily and the seating is much comfortable for long rides. You just have to change the seats for softer base and the handle (if u need it) so that it can be more comfortable (Lightning handle fits best)

            Tbts

My friend (actually roommate) got a new TBTS (ThunderBird TwinSpark). It is just awesome and actually easy to maneuver in the traffic. It is just a matter of getting used to it.
            Go for TBTS

The bullet classic 500 would be the best bet. It is obviously more powerful than the other bullets. Test ride and see whether it is comfortable for you.
