Dude, Handling wise the 220 s is much better than the F as it does away with the bulky fairing. Even in acceleration it felt slightly faster than the fastest Indian, only slightly though. However, the 220 s will be lost in the hoardes of 180s, 150s and 200s. The 220 f with its projectors and quarter fairing still stands apart in all pulsars.HYPERTHRUST CLEARED AND COUNTING

p220 was always a better handler than p200. p200 was too much front biased. The faired version should be better in terms of handling.sigpicThe Moto Cafe - India's first bike theme cafe @ Chandni Chowk

Why would that be? I fail to understand how a fairing could contribute to handling.Originally posted by niks_devil666 View Postp220 was always a better handler than p200. p200 was too much front biased. The faired version should be better in terms of handling.
I would have thought the frame, suspension and tyres and perhaps, steering geometry put together are what makes a bike handle like it does.
Besides, if the 200 was front heavy, then the 220 should be front heavier with that fairing, shouldn't it?

No man...200 is front bulky than 220...(TD both rides n observe )
So..the new 220 s would not be good handler than 220 F...
The Fairing is really confidence inspiring..
I would suggest 220 F any time..any day eyes closedIf you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough - Albert Einstein
