Time has changed and so do my feelings.

Now, (and most probably for the rest of the day) my prime concern is SAFETY. I mean, tell me which is the safest bike on road. By the term safety, I basically mean braking (yea, safety is more than just good braking, I know) - the confidence it instills, the stability it has, the down right braking power and resistance to skids. 150-225 cc, (except R15 and ZMR).

From my very limited experience, I find FZ the best. Am I feeling right...?
So now the game is changed you need a bike with good breaking, but not a bike with Comfort, Mileage and power

we the people need to ride safer with in the speed limits, drive defensively and wear safety gears.

look at the bee nest or bats cave there are more than hundreds of them flying around in a small narrow space but it wont clash with each other because they follow rules and those creatures wont violate their rules

In india we have such kind of infrastructure to make you fall suddenly to kiss our mother earth (skid or fall), even if you drive a bike with all safety futures such ABS, Blah Blah.....
Sarcasm is my automatic response to stupidity

Yea man... Seems like I will have to make a tough choice here.

BTW, after all that blah blah, whats your point..? Take any bike and ride safe..? I mean, that needs no particular mentioning, its already understood when someone is talking about safety. Help me out, point out bikes..

On the basis of handling and safety/control-fz,fazer .but mileage little bit low.
P220 offers high speed stability but the braking power is not up to mark.
RTR 180/160 has good braking power and handling.but remember the stock tyres sucks in wet condition.

But if u want all of them in one bike at its best, choose R15

If safety, power, highway ride is your priority and compromise on 40+ mileage go for the R15. Its the best

Have you test driven any bike if not try

the following three will be my pick for you
            CB Unicorn
            GS150R
            Dazzler
            or
            HH 150cc's (extreme or hunk)

in the above all except GS150R rest of them are sharing the same engine but tuned slightly differently so requesting you to test drive and share it

also refer this comparison review http://bikeindia.in/reviews/shootout/brothers-in-arms/

You got it. Thats exactly my priority list, and i dont mind if the FE is 40, but an R15 is way out of my budget. My budget max outs at 85k.

Hm..well, actually I was almost settled to go for 220, but again, dad makes me rethink as he wants the safest bike out there (still R15 is out of reach). Cant blame him, as i have already had a piece of bad accident. This is why i made this post even. On the safety dept, if there is significant deference between the two, (FZ and 220) then i shall think over it once more. PS - Sorry for multiple posts. Cant do multi quoting from my phone.

Try the RTR FI, its has a better braking power and ya like vishnups17 said, change the stock tyre before next rains.

I would consider R15 as the best braking machine, then RTR, then FZ, then Karizma, then P220.

                        ^^
as sheel said, fz is good..
if the price range doesn't suit, go for sz, it has comfort, mileage and power too..! and its pretty affordable..
the pulsar 150 is an option too..

i suggest you don't go in for <150cc, well, just to stay in the competition!!

but. a personal opinion, except for the R15, pulsar 220, the apache rtr 160, 180 are the best available...and are comparitively cheaper too..
if you can, then go for the TVS..
