  • guys not able get sleep lately!

guys i am planning to promote myself from 100cc hh splendor to a 150cc+ bike...have seen a lot lot of reviews....
    this is my body structure!
    age 21...almost 5'11 and 58 kgs....i am lean ....
mine would be a long term investment and i am not a racer type...
i need to commute 25kms up and down..thats 50kms a day in bangalore's busy traffic..
my neighbour asked me to go for unicorn but i find it as a serious looking bike..
my mechanic near my house told me to go for P180 but my neighbour told me i wont be able to handle it as i am very slim...
my friend has rtr 160 n he told me it doesnt look good for me bcoz of my height...will it make any difference if i go for rtr 180!
i cant wait for dazzler as the showroom guy told me it will take atleast 2 months....
so guys plz advise me ...plzzzzzzzz
i need atleast 45 mileage....and i hav no prior experience of riding a 150cc bike...so i am hesitating to go for a test ride as i am scared tat i may drop the vehicle!!!
plz advise me...i do not want to regret after buying my very first bike !!!

1st there are misconception that slim guys not handle the big bike that is totally wrong. If you see MotorGP racer not look a macho man but they are much fit then others. You can defiantly handle 180cc + bike with improving your riding skill.

Honda dazzler is really good looking and stylish bike. Its Honda product you no need to worry about the performance and fuel efficiency will need to check.

Just test drive all the shortlist bike and make the decision.

dont be paraniod! you can easily handle these bikes! you can handle the P180.its about getting use to it! if your mind is stuck on apache 180 go for it! its nothing like it wont suit your height! my friend who's 6.2" rides an apache and it perfectly suits him! apache is better than the p180 in handling, but p180 has better refinement, since your not a racer type you might not like the revy nature of the RTR! my suggestion is to go for p180! or even consider FZ!

Test drive a Suzuki GS-150R! Decent commuter with decent mileage.

First of all, there is nothing like 'you cannot control'!! Do you know how lean racers of International standards are? Take a look at Rossi or Simmoncelli. They control monsters which have 200+bhp. Also, there is nothing in the world called 'doesn't suit'!! These are pretty silly according to me.
First, set the budget and list our requirements. These will narrow your choices to few. Take a test ride of each one of them. Listen to the experts who know the machines well. Don't you worry for everyone gets confused before choosing one.

I own an RTR 180. I chose it because I wanted a machine that is race derived. Moreover, it was my dream bike ever since TVS launched the bike. RTR 180 is any day better than P180(Read-reviews of most auto journalists). Forget comparing it to P180, the bike easily 'can be with' the league of 200+cc bikes(Karizma and P220).

dude get the Apache 180 use it for 4-5 months and then change the tyres.. it is not mandatory that you do that but it will make your bike much better.. just do it when your pocket is in good condition
