This has become so much tiring now, but still.

R15 - A great 150cc bike, one of the best, but for the Track, its awesome on the track. It has most of its power in its top end, making it amazing for the track but horrible for traffic, if you travel more on open roads then it wouldnt bother you much, corner craver.

P220 - A superb bike, great power, very good comfort, 21 BHP, great power even low down, a very nice handler. Its reliability isnt as bad as people think, i have had this bike for over 5k kms and no problem as of yet, the fairing started to vibrate and make noise but got it fixed and heard that all new 220 dont have this problem. But i would strongly suggest getting a P220 F and not a S, a S is just great for the city and the F is great for the highway and very good for the city.

R15 is far from being horrible in traffic. This is complete exaggeration! Yes, it does have low torque at bottom, however, its still quite acceptable in city riding. People often go overboard with this!! What they don't realize is that R15 has a fantastic stress free engine due to it making more power at higher RPMs. At 5 or 6K RPM in 5th gear, you are happily doing 100kph on R15 with atleast 5k more RPMs to go and one more gear!!! P220 doesn't even come close to this relaxed nature of R15. Its only advantage over R15 is cost.

Personally, I never felt that I am wringing its nuts out for quick overtakings in traffic, it was quite fine to me. Due to the nature of its power spread, you will infact get a much more relaxed motor for city riding too.
