Congrats on your purchase . As suggested earlier by almost everyone please get rid of that 130 "fat" tyre. Fix that new stock front tire in front and get a new tyre for the rear as per yamaha guideline.
According to me buy the rear tyre before that broken panel if you are on budget , otherwise buy both of them .
