Could you again please be more specific? What are you loooking for in a bike?
Secondly, are you looking for a 1st hand bike? In that case, the P200 does not exist anymore. Etc etc...
ApprovedThe Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

I have a P200 , that is why I recommend you get a RTR180. Cheaper, much better pickup and when you redline the bike, you will not feel that the engine is going to seize any moment.
Vibrations should be the same in both. Plus a P200 is discontinued so why take a second hand bike with all the headaches that come with it? You never know which part will come up for replacement that the crap Bajaj service guys will never have in stock.200 | 300 | 1200 BOXER

I couldnt agree more. BUT if he wants the 200 look, he can always just go for the 220S which has got the looks of a 200 but with more goodies. i.e disk brake, 20 more CC, etc.
Thats another option for you, 220S.

You are so right bro
.

The RTR180 is a dynamite on road. And is close to P220 in terms of perfomance. Thanks to its light weight body. Though the bike is capable of cruising all day at 90-100, the bike's vibration and sound will bring down its cruising capabilities. Needless to say all of us must have noticed the RTR family's tad too noisy kinda silencer. But that purely depends on the rider's taste. RTR is a great handler anyday.
Coming to P220. It is definitely my choice. It is one hell of a bike and that too at a reasonable price tag. I feel that the vibrations on P220 are less compared to that on the RTR(purely my opinion
). Both bikes are almost equally equipped in terms of modern gadgets(clip on bars, digi console blah blah
). RTR has more low end punch than any other bike today. You may need that in emergency cases. Both have rear discs so braking is never a issue.
But you have not mentioned anything about your stature, weight and height. These some crucial factors in biking. Also tell us the mileage you are expecting
.
Most importantly ERASE P200 from your mind. I am already having enough spare issues with my KB100RTZ. I don't want you to land at the same place after some years.
Do take a test drive of both the bikes. Ask the locals about dealer's service capability.

Good choices there. But both have very diff. characteristics....
FYI, P200 has been stopped. u can go for P220S @ ~77k Rs.
About Apache, its more of a Racing type,Responsive, looks.
IMO its for zippy ride.
About Pulsar, one of the best tourer(i own 1 of those baby-P200), needs a keen attention, since its a premium bike.U il definitely get that output from it for all ur inputs.
Reg.Spares, bajaj wins my graces, no issues so far, But my TVS fiero is still in coma and my Bajaj Legend 4 stroke scooter(Restored) is doing very well.

I own both Pulsar 220F and Apache 160 not 180. I have driven bothe the bikes extensively and my verdict is Apache 180 is a better bike to own and ride if you are fond of high revving, not so big bike looks Apache definitely looks good, better braking, extremely front biased riding position. Only problem is vibes @ 5-6 rpm which loosen the nuts & bolts in the bike.
Pulsar 220 slightly better perfomance more evident after you cross 100kmph, big bike feel, front biased but not extreme riding position, The bike does not feel so good to me as the harshness of the engine is evident at every rev it just takes the pleasure of driving away.Never upgrade without getting your basics RIGHT.

I suggest the 220S.
my friend just bought an apache 180 and is unhappy with it..
He complains a lot so thats why i suggest you to go for 220S
PS: please test drive both bikes and take the decision based on your feelings.
You can take suggestions from others but final decision is yours cause its your bike and you have to ride it.
So choose well..
good luckMY RACING CAR BUILD
