how does rtr 180 compare with p220 in terms of performance....i recently TD p220s...however it was peak traffic hours and i got nothing out of it...the initial pull of the bike was similar in character to the younger pulsars..but stronger in force...i TD rtr 180 just after that, in the same road but took it for a longer ride...felt very strong acceleration and willingness to rev..it gave a better feeling compared to p220..anyway short ride, cant compare/comment...anybody ridden these bikes give your experience

consider ZMA-R and make your decision soon as price of ZMA-R is going to be 82,000 from 77,000.{infact all bikes}
are the prices going to increase?
can u please tell the reason behind the increase?

RTR will be best for mileage among the 3.. On highway if u ride constanly over 100 it will give around 45.. if u ride below 100 it'll give around 48-50
But in the run-in period u've to keep the bike like a baby.. dont go above 4000 rpm in any gear.. once u reach 1000km. u can blast it like hell also with better mileageLast edited by vishalsun; 06-13-2010, 11:10 AM.A normal teenagers' behaviour just like mine is

Totally and furiously disagree... This statement per se is untrue and unaccounted for by any standards. TVS has a racing heritage to say the least. If you've been to the track races, you would've witnessed the puny TVS machines lick past everything else in the sub 200 4stroke races.... "new into serious biking..." What were you thinking?Originally posted by ranadipsg View Post...somewhat, it is anyway manufactured by a company who is pretty new into serious bike business....
Seriously agree with u bro... but I wouldn't say "way more" reliable, just about a bit more reliable would be my opinion. I ride a P150 UG2 and an A150, so I have a credible comparison to report. Agreed that RTR180 handles better than the ZMA and handles way way way better that the P220, but wait till you hit a rough patch on a turn and the RTR will put you to worst scares. The suspension is quite rigid to encourage responsive handling but we don't always ride on super-smooth tracks to expect perfectly level corners, the more rigid suspension has it's own downside I guess. As for the vibes, reliable sources report that the vibes are less evident than the A150 or the RTR160, thanks to the oversquare engine probably. But still, man.... the bike shshshshsakesssssssss you bad!!!Originally posted by pranav_salieri View PostTVS new to serious biking?????!!!!!
dude tvs is better reliable than bajaj!!!!! apache is way more reliable than pulsar! apache RTR180 handles way better than zma or p220!go for the apache RTR180 blindly you can see the ownership thread to see its reliability! but you have to manage with the vibes!
