  • Hello all,

    I'm Praveen Shirali.
    I'm 25. I'm in Pune.

I've been a member here since early 2005. Had been an active part of Bangalore xbhp through 2005 with some very like minded riders. Since Feb 2006, I've been in Pune.

My bike is a '05 Pulsar 180 DTSi V2 with approx 65K kms on it. I've travelled through various parts of south india and been to the himalayas twice. Now, I also have a 2001 Suzuki Fiero.

While at xbhp, I managed a part of the ticket promotion for the Crusty Demons show in Bangalore in 2005, at which point I got to meet a lot of fellow xbhpians from all over south india who made it to the show. A big 'hi' to you all, and thanks for coming.

I also took part in HX3, with xbhp in June 06'. Thanks Bunny for push and the kind hospitality while at Delhi.

In Dec 07, I covered 1813.1 kms on my bike's odo, between Pune-Lonavala-Bangalore-Pune in under 24 hrs for the IBA saddlesore attempt.

Xbhp got me in touch with great friends from all over India, and especially around Bangalore which was one of the reasons why I started motorcycle touring in the first place. So,.. greetings to everyone here ..

Photographs from my trips since 2005 are available here:

I'll try to look for some of the old trip logs and put em' up.

    Cheers,
    Praveen
