Born in Kovilpatti, and was brought up in Tuticorin Tamilnadu till 9yrs and moved to hyderabad in 1997. Learnt to ride a bike when when i was in my 7th grade. Managed to sum up my courage to ride in the streets in my locality when i was in 10th. Rode inside the city when doing my +2(of course without a license, but used to fool police with my bro's license
).
Registerd in Xbhp in 2006 feb when i was browsing the net to kill time as i had bunked collage. Eversince i got to learn loads of things abt bikes and bikng. Started to respect the machine. My intrest grew a lot more after i got my baby(RTR).
I find it wierd when ppl ask me why are u always into bikes? why do you go on a long ride on a bike when u could go in a car? Why do you waste money and time on such useless things? Why do you spend so much money on those stupid helmets, jackets, gloves and all, just to look good kya? Why do you meet unknown ppl through internet when you dont know who they are and wat is the need to meet them? Why did you spent 70k on a bike which only gives 45kmpl and that too when you already have a bike which gives 75+kmpl and almost half the price?
why why why why why is all the ask!
To be very frank i dont have an answer which satisfies them to most of the question they ask. I just look at them and give a smile thats all!
But inside i answer it myself.
Why do i go for a long ride on a bike??
Its coz i like when am zooming at 100+kmph on an empty highway and i like the wind blowing on my face and body its pure nirvana!
I could very well say this.....but if so put ur head out of a window of a moving plane and u'll experience the purest nirvana which even god cannot offer u!
To be honest i still dont know why i like riding a bike makes me calm when am angry, relaxed when am stressed, help me recover myself when depressed, gives more excitment when am happy and lot more things. I still wonder how a machine......steel and rubber could sometimes be your best friend and you enjoy remember every minute your with it. If somebody has an answer, do let me know!
Bloody hell! its really sad to know when ppl think of your helmet, jacket and all other riding gear are just a show off.(well it actually is....thts a plus point). Why dont they understand that its for our safty more than for show off? I say to myself when ppl ask y spend so much money on these stuff? I spend coz i dont like the smell of hospital and i hate needles even though i love nurse's.
All the accident could be avoided if one was careful. But then it occurs unexpectedly. Thats why we call it an accident. so better be prepared for it. Am happy seeing my baby banged up and getting it repaired than me watching nurses ass while cleaning my wound's.
I always try to spend more time with my bike. But time and money is always a problem. Hope to do lot more of what i actually want to do!
