  • Hello fellow cruisers

I am Sushant from Mumbai, recently shifted to Bangalore. I own an Avenger 200. Have booked a classic 500 and expecting it soon I have done some minor add-ons on my avenger to give it a complete cruiser look and make it more comfortable for my long rides.

Until now my longest ride is 900kms and 525kms in a day. I love riding on my bike and cant get enough of it.

Suggestions are welcome for further mod as far as it still looks retro and not a modern machine.

Below are some pics of my babe

The question is, what is that you need & what is that you're expecting to be done to Avenger? From your question, you only seem to need to improve the looks. Since looks are subjective, its left to you as each one of us will provide a suggestion what they like & its you who need to decide what you need.

        Welcom

        Welcome to XBhp

You can add on with a windshield which is available in the 220 version....additionally you can look at the riders backrest....even then if you are not convinced you can add a helmet box with side bags...that would give a complete cruiser
Never Give up on something that you can't go a day without thinking about.

        Cheers

Hey Ramesh, thanks for your suggestion. i was also looking at the mudguard options, any idea where and how can i go about doing that? something in the lines of an Indian chief bike. Right now the problem is if i get rid of the pillion seat rear mudguard doesnt look good at all. By removing the back rest the rear side will look low and heavy highlighting the front with a windshield and the wide handle.
Also some good paint jobs, custom Avenger logo in steel that i can fix on the tank, i was thinking of having white rims on the tires. Etc etc

Hey Aargee, yes i do agree with you, i am looking at the look and feel of the bike only as performance-wise i don't want to mess around by adding air filters or even think of opening the engine. I am very much happy with its performance. Its giving me an approx average of 45-50 and by adding the windshield it has reduced the bike vibration over 100kmph.
How can i make this look like a piece of art? Yes it is subjective but i need you guy's opinions and suggestions as i am kind of stuck. I am an art director and i am looking at it as a piece of work and am trying to work on it to make it look better.
            Hope you understand

Hey thanks Anmol. Really looking forward to get my hands on that babe. I still am very much interested to work on my Avy, i feel the stock model has a lot potential as far as the looks are concerned, for power i have no clue how to go about it I see no answers or suggestions to my problem... its damn irritating that nobody has passion towards this bike. I can see thousands of bullet lovers but hardly one or two for Avenger.
