A BIG Hi to all X BHPians!!!
I got to know about XBHP from Nikhil (dont remember his handle), but the one who owns the Moto Cafe in Pune.
I joined XBHP just to ask expert opinion regarding which bike I should go for.
I currently ride a Hero Honda Ambition 135 bought in July 2004 with 65k on the odo till date. The bike has seen all weather conditions, all sorts of roads and some no-roads too.
I have done all the coastal Maharashtra (read Konkan) on my Amby.
Even though I drive my car more these days, bike remains first love. The sheer feeling of the blowing sound of the wind hitting your ear drums is hard to find while driving a car.
BTW, I am pretty decent rider and I HAVE NEVER JUMPED ANY SIGNAL TILL DATE AND WILL NEVER DO.
Always ride safe and wear a helmet. Someone is waiting for you at home always.
