                    Hi Jas,
Nice to see you hanging out here and being the part of this awesome community.

Blackside is true...very true..... People are here to just tell what they have been doing past years in this community with their bikes and what they learnt from other fellow riders and clicked some by experience.

Every rider has different style of Riding and Rising.
Young riders pick a destination and go... Old riders pick a direction and go.

We are here just to share that.

Anyways include some intro. Would be happy to read.
And haa always Wear your Safety Gear when Riding. I know they come a price but at least get try to lay your hands on second hand prod.

Remember: Everyone crashes. Some get back on. Some don't. Some can't.
I Would Love To Be Hated For Who I Am Rather Than To Be Loved For Who I Am Not......

                      Hi Frogfoot,

                      Thanks for the welcome!

Btw all friends n most office folks call me Jas (at home too)

I should have included an intro but didn't. Anyways: Born in Chennai, grew up in Pondicherry and now in Hyderabad for the past 4 plus years working in IT.

Learnt to ride on my dad's scooter when in 9th std (a few adventures included). Never owned a bike till now (friends were always there to help) Recently bought a Yamaha FZ-16 on 2nd hand. Usage is very limited at the moment - very short drives in and around the place where I stay (due to transport being provided by office and my odd working hours plus the monthly visits home )

Thanks very much for the advice on safety gear. A helmet is on the priority list - will be buying one next week. Need some guidance on the rest of the necessary safety gear - hope the existing threads on the forum will be of help.

                      Cheers
                      Jas
