Other than riding , I love Kite flying, photography and collecting antiques (most say SCRAP)... lol

          Thanks to Administrators

Hoping to increase my knowledge along with enjoying my stay.......
Before saying mere WELCOME.., this guy needs a real intro..( as he has already accepted that , he is too bad in introducing himself)
Let me do that...also request moderators to make him a senior XBHPian, if rules permit...b'coz this man deserves that!!!
It is his modest , haven't revealed the full list of Automobiles he have..
...the list he has revealed is just 10% I guess!!
( my request to Mangalore XBHPians to come forward and say few words about our GPV..)
This man is out of the country, almost 3/4 th days of calender year....dunno how many days he would have spent with his family here in India,...when ever he comes to India...he will be Flying, riding, driving, walking, to source parts , meeting people who are working on his Bikes & cars,..through out India!!
He would have been intersted in Flying Kites...when he was a kid., of course Photography ...can be done, while doing the above exercises... ..Collecting antiques>>....for sure, he will...as always his hands are OPEN!!.
Even if you have a BIG wallet, that to working in an alien land, sacrificing his family moments ....and trying to pursue his dreams of collecting& restoring automobiles..is NOT a JOKE..as many of them think....apart from his collection & stuff...basically , he tries to hear his friends needs & helps them , that too by remote handling..
Irequest GPV to post all his Bikes here one by one @ xbhp, at a exclusive thread.." GPV 's mega Garage"
Real hard core BIKE ENTHUSIAST !!
          Welcome Buddy!!

          cheers!!
          Muthu Kumar.
ps: BTW, You dint say that you a rare stuff from Rajdoot BTS, plz do post that pics here>>
pps: You need not wait till that Sunbeam S7 to be completed, that project has nothing to do with HONDA fire Blade 1997
pps2: As already i have discussed about your TWN cornet @ this forum..you can also consider posting your DKW RT125 or 16M AJS....
@ GPV...do you want any more pps..reminding you that your Vellocette waiting for you at.....??

                      1933 Austin 10/4 Tourer

                      Hi all,

Here is my First car 1933 Austin 10/4.......

Bought in year 2003 from Nagpur, Very reliable car, never disappointed me, drove in couple of rallies in Mangalore, attended few marriage "BAARAT", regular beach visitor....etc etc.....

Once I was about to sell this for upgrading.......wife stopped me as she also love this car very much
Then decided ...as this was my First car ....it will be the last car to leave my garage.....

The previous owner had changed the wire wheel to normal disc for unknown reasons. Luckily….. After intensive search, found 4 wheels for sale in New Zealand, shipping those 4 wheels to India plus custom clearance and all….....cost me more than the value of 4 wheels…….

Anyways, now she stands on her original wire wheels…….still few minor face lift required to bring her close to original.

                      Some technical specs......

                        Welcome on board GPV!

Folks, what GPV mentioned is only the proverbial "tip of the iceberg". I have not met anyone with such passion for automobiles in Mangalore. He can go days without food and sleep for the sake of these vintage beauties.

GPV, Now are you going to post the press features on you or should I do the honors?

Thanks Powertwin for providing the link to this post
