  • Re-built Pulsar 150 DTS-i 2004

A warm hello to all the X-Bhp members. I am from Thane (Bhayander).

First of all thank you moderators for accepting me as a part of XBhp, It feels really great

I own a Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTS-i 2004 model, Since the last month i am busy restoring my bike, It will be completed within a day or 2, pictures will follow soon

I have completed 80,000 KMS on my bike, I am Automobile lover be it car, bike, trucks.......

I had many colour schemes in my mind before I started restoring my bike but finally decided the 'FEAR THE BLACK' look.

My ride is coming up nicely.. the rough estimate until now is Rs 25,000 Approx

I will post all the details once the bike is done.

    Welcome to xBHP.
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

This is something of my liking coz i too own the same generation pulsar 150 dtsi v2.
And my Rampiyari too needs some work done, looking to get some pointers out here.
Awaiting pics desperately and the work details.

                welcome,waiting for restored pulsar pic.
and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

#i have learnt to manipulate my own adrenaline and the perception of biking is different.
                #overkill is underrated.
#how random roads may appear there is always a destination.sigpic
#i don't subscribe to co-incidence,either it is the rider or the other moron on the road

(:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.

Guys, I am extremely sorry for the delay in posting the pics .

                  All Comments, Questions, Feedback's excepted

Work still pending: 1) Chain Cover Installation
                  2) Side Stand switch (Unable to find one yet)
                  3) Meter monogram (You will see it is missing in the pic)
                  4) Main Stand spring cover

I will do the pending work approximately this weekend.

The bike feels silky smooth, It reminds me of 15th march 2004 the day when I bought my ride Home

A final wash, Rubbing & Polishing, Tyre polishing will be done once the above pending work is completed.
