I am Sunit from Pune.
Recently joined this amazing community.
My love for biking started with cycles actually & have been in love with 2 wheels since.
Over the course of 8 years now i have owned two bikes, very first was 3rd generation Pulsar 150 DTSI. Have some fantastic & not so fantastic (Pulsar just being a Bajaj at times
) experiences, nevertheless, i believe the bike lived with me. Went on several short stints but nothing too long.
In Nov 2011 after a lot of research i narrowed in on Unicorn Dazzler. it has been a fantastic ownership experience so far. It had only ridden about 500 Kms before i took the bike on a Konkan coastal ride from Alibag to Malvan. That tour is forever etched in my heart.
The Run In for Dazzler was thus a mix of highways, ghats, village roads. Guys , i dunno if this is with every Dazzler but this one just comes to life in the ghats & its an experience beyond words.
Have also done several short span rides.
i feel its the freedom, the sense of being exposed to the elements, the thrill of riding through unknowns that makes biking so amazing.
I had read a famous proverb many a times, "Its the journey, not the destination that counts". After the Konkan ride, i really understood the meaning of it.
