  • Hi Everybody

Well to begin with ... I am not a young man anymore . I am a recently turned 35. But I have been a lover of bikes for as long as I can remember. Started out with a 85 model yezdi of my dad and had a bullet machishmo (95 make) before settling for my current pulsar 180 (bought in 2002 dec). I will be very soon upgrading to something new and since realise it might very well be my last bike (what with my son 2 year old now and with his responsibility on my head increasing over time) I want to have a good decent one and so am waiting and waiting for some good 250 cc failing which I will go for a Pulsar 220 but not before bajaj give it atleast an all black treatment.

I am not new to biking discussions or threads. I was even a member at xbhp before (although never posted anything, not even my intro ) before that hacking incident destroyed my id. I keep listening/reading all the discussions but dont really open up my stupid mouth in front of the members whom i see are so much more knowledgeable now then they were a few years ago.

But i have been truly impressed by how the members here have gone that extra length to maintain and upgrade their bikes and would want to learn from them.

    cheers everybody

Thanks Aryan, I guess a biker never really grows old. He just grows wiser by learning from the young bikers like ones we have here in this community. So hoping to learn a lot many things ( I have already learnt so much from the forums here even without being a member)
        it feels good to join

          Hi Jonak,

I am now working in hyderabad since last 5 years but I am originally from Meerut and have done most of my biking between Lucknow, Kanpur, Delhi and Meerut. have done 250 kms at a stretch many times on my Enfield when i was in my 20's . Now my a$$ gives way to fatigue after 100 kms or so on my Pulsar. More of a loner I travelled alone but I guess it pays to travel in groups as you get lot of support and enthusisasm.
