I'm Isuru Bandara & i'm from Sri Lanka..I have been referring your forum for a long time and i always found the tips and info you guys provided very useful..So finally i decided to join this forum..I'm 21 years old and i'm still studying in a government university..Biking has always been a part of my life since i was 16 and i'm always cruising with my friends when ever i'm free..So here goes my ownership experiences
Bajaj Spirit 70cc- This was my first bike i got as a present from my father in 2005. Even though this was a small scooter i always had much fun with it..I sold it in 2011 because in Sri Lanka this bike was not a popular one and there was a very hard time in finding spare parts..My dad was working in Chennai for sometime and at that time i used to ask him to bring spares with him and as he concluded the job there it was really hard to maintain it..So i sold it..
Bajaj Discover 100cc- I bought this one on 2011 and it was full of surprises as i was riding a small 70CC one..i touched 100kmph in that commuter..So i was soo in love with that. But i faced a severe crash and finally i repaired it and sold it as my parents didn't want me to ride that one..
Suzuki GN125 - This was bought on 2011 and i bearely used it for 3 months because it was really hard to maintain that bike because it was a genuine japanese one and it is really hard to maintain as spare parts are too high in prices..
Bajaj Pulsar 180 UG3- At last i vowed to be a part of pulsar community by buying a UG3..I bought this as a 2nd hand one because pulsar's are soo expensive in here.. Normally brand new UG4 180 costs around 339 000 in Sri lankan rupees which is around 135 000 indian rupees.. Anyway when i bought this one it was clocked only 4500km and now its clocking 15000kms with me..I'm much pleased with this machine beacuse it gives performance and the thrill of riding at maximum..
Honda CB4 Spec3- Bought this two months ago because i always wanted a bike with bigger engine..I keep both my pulsar and CB4 as i can use my pulsar for short trips and CB4 for long jorneys..
So here goes my introduction and again it's a great pleasure to be a proud member of XBHP community..
