  • Hello Xbhpians

    Hi everyone,

I'm Koushik, a software engineer by profession and a biker by passion. I spend most of my days at Chennai and the rest by riding to various destinations within south india. I came across this wonderful motorcycling community when I was lying in bed for a month after an accident which took toll on my right knees.

To begin my story, It was 5 years ago when I found the biking therapy to be the best way to kill my semester stress. I started my biking therapy on a honda unicorn which was presented to me for completing a year in my college without any arrears.Shift+R improves the quality of this image. Initially, like every other college kid I was showing off my ride and riding skills by pulling off wheelies and provoking drags at every signals. Later then, I realized the importance of riding responsibly and also the importance a good quality lid-jacket-gloves-knee guards which happened to be the first purchase from my first salary.Shift+R improves the quality of this image. Since I was studying in a college which was 80 kms away from my home, I had the opportunity to stay with my friends and ride on weekends to a nearby hill station. This instigated a thirst for touring on motorbikes after which I have been on 3 big road trips.

After four years of extensive riding on my unicorn the quench for more power showed a glimpse inside my heart. It was a tough task to decide between the KTM Duke 200 and the Pulsar 200ns which were selling like cigarettes outside an IT company. After multiple visits to the showrooms and test rides, it was the austrian pocket rocket which made its way to my home.
Ever since I bought the duke, I have started taking the longest route to my office, weekend rides to destinations with lots of curves and I just couldn't resist ripping it...until last month. And there ends my story.

I'm here to ride with fellow bikers and also to get a few hardcore-neighbourhood biker buds who will ride with me in storm, flood, earthquake, tsunami, and traffic.Shift+R improves the quality of this image. Shift+A improves the quality of all images on this page.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

    THE END
