    Hey all, Achyut here from Kolkata, West Bengal :)

    Hello members,

    I am Achyut Banerjee, hailing from a small suburb (heck, a village actually) from the outskirts of Kolkata, West Bengal. Briefing about me, am a lean (~55KG's), short (5'2") guy who didnot even knew to ride a bike till June '14.
    All of a sudden I felt the need of a ride for myself. Took 2 lessons on a friend's Platina and booked one RE CL 350. (Go ahead, call me crazy) on 4th July. Bike Delivered on 27th of same month.
    Did around ~3700 Kms till now on my steed.
    I wish to be benefited my the gargantuan knowledge mine of xbhp, hence joining you guys here.

            I haven't rode a platina, save for about 15 minutes of "training" on what is what.
            and prior to my bull, those 15 minutes were my only experience on a saddle.

                          LOL..., Same here, my friends and family members said the same thing to me about 1 year ago when I booked my R15. I'm 5.8 feet tall and weigh 50 kgs. I really look like hathi pe macchar.

                            I am SO happy riding my Bike. The Top-Speed is a low (I got ~130 KMph at max.) but returns me around ~45kmpl in an average. Plus the headturning factor is also there. lol.
                            Being a Suburb, people still cannot gasp the reason why I drive \"single seat\". They question as if am committing a crime..hehe.

                            The bike felt very heavy initially, but now am so acclimatized to it

                              I am unable to comprehend... what do you mean by top speed is low. What kind of top speed do you expect from a 350cc RE? On a side note, your bike has one massively overoptimistic speedometer!
