    Hi Bikers,
I'm Ram From Coimbatore and into serious biking in terms of Touring and my keen interest is bike performance modification without spoiling the looks. My first bike was RX-100 and was sold out by my dad without my knowledge cos the way i used to ride in the streets, the second bike i bought was UG1 pulsar 180 and lost it in pondicherry while i was working there and life was totally miserable that time and borrowed my dad's Splendor for a couple of months and finally came back to Coimbatore and laid my hands on the mighty P-200 and one year ever since i modded a lot for perfomance and still have thirst for that and FYI i'm married 24yrs old and have a Baby Girl named Kieara......!!

                  Painfull procedure

Thanks Aryan for ur comments, Regarding the Rear disc fittment, the parts used are the Original P-220 parts that have been bought from Bajaj Pro-Biking showroom and the total costing of the spares alone came upto 10K which includes:

                  Rear Alloys - 4500/-

                  Stay - 2500/-

Spacing rod - ?? (dont know excatly as this was done on Nov 08)

                  Rear alloys Painting - 300

                  Disc - 800

                  Caliper - some K+

Clamp (holding the caliper) - 550

As u knoe R&D always takes a lot of pain in that, I took it initially for this. This entire kit was gifted by my Wife for my Birthday on Nov-08 and the work began for the same. Initially as this was the first bike ever to Install a rear disc here there were a lot of Confusions about the same and i got help from one of the Senior Pro-Biking Engineers ( Should mention the name for sure as a token of Gratitude Mr. Micheal, who is not working with Bajaj anymore) Initially after the fitting was done, the rear looks improved a lot and looked Meaty!!!!!! and the bike seemed to have attained what called as ATTITUDE.... Seemed to be a head turner...... But the other part had its own story.. The next morning i got up to clean the bike and i noticed that the rear wheel is tight as ever as if someone is seated in the pillion seat and i'm trying to move..... Called up Micheal and told him the same and he told that it's because of the Originial Spacing rod and the Disc clamp which is not being fitted cos of the stocks which were refused to give by Bajaj for some reason. Then i waited patiently for over two months for the parts and finally got that, but by the mean time the rear tyre started wearing off only on the right side due to the stress given by the stay due to the non-presence of the OE p-220 spacing rod. Then last month everything was sorted out except the tyre for which i'm saving penny and hopefully my wife has promised me in getting some rubber for my bike.....this month end....All in her hands now!!!!
