      Hello,,

First of all, Hello to all members of XBHP. Appreciate your help on the Subject. I have a Budget of around Rs.90K. I just sold my old bike Hero Honda Glamour 125CC. Planning to buy a new one, but i wonder why my mind keeps going to Bajaj Pulsar 180DTSi UG4. I have a few questions though.

      1) Is the Bike any good ?
      2) I heard after 3 - 4 years you tend to face too many Engine Issues. Is it true ?
      3) Any other bike suggestions ?

      Thank You,
      Sid.

I'm using my brother's impulse. It is in very good condition. However, I had to replace chain and sproket set and front fork oil seal. I went hunting for them at different service centers and none had them in stock. But, they were able to get one for me in 2~4 weeks. I would suggest you to get in touch with few service centers and ask them to order required spare parts for you.

35 is very low for this bike. I'm getting 50+ kmpl constantly. Try cleaning up / replacing air filter, and replacing chain and sprockets and see.

            oil leakage issue!!

            Regarding oil leakage...
I just visited SVC for this problem, O-ring needs to change which will take one whole day as per SVC. As this job need the whole fairing to be open which is time consuming job.
The problem is, I clocked 3500km on my RS and planning to give the bike for the second service directly.
Can it be a problem to stretch more 1000 km (as second service is on 4500km) with this leakage issue?
Or shall I request them to do the second service now only (can't trust if they will really do).

            Please share you opinion
