  • Introducing a newbie

    Hello fellow x-bhpians,

I was reading the forums for very long but did not have reasons or motivation to join up until now. About myself a little bit, I am a banking professional and a returning rider. You can say, lost in transitioning of life and few bikers and post in x bhp and vlogs on You Tube (Special mention: Everyday India) brought me back from professionally induced comma. Motivated enough that I realised my dream of owning a superbike one day was not realised even when I am crossing thirties.

Here I am, sharing the good news with you all as I want to announce that I am alive and kicking and living my dream after a long time and owned my first SBK as an upgrade from my Bajaj Discover 125.

Will start an ownership thread soon of my Humble Power Ninja 650R 2016 Edition, just getting the hang of the forum and learning the rule of the game on x bhp.

Hope to find the same love and attention that other x bhpian gets and of-course guidance when stranded on road or here on the forum.

All tips and tricks are welcome to ease my transition to the community.

Oh! God, feeling like a school kid again, stranger with full of anticipation and excitement. Hoping that seniors will not rag me .

    Yours Newbie650

      Hello sir,

      Welcome to the community.
      Ride safe.
I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

Click on settings (you will find it on the left of Logout button)
In the setting page, the left side has a panel called My Settings.
In this panel you will find an option "Edit Signature".
You can add all other info about yourself as well (like your display pic, your avatar etc etc).
          Hope this helps.

Thanks man. It is nice to be part of the community. Yet not fully proficient but looks like it is all that a biker need. Everything at a finger tip.

Looking at few taker of this new entrant for the Sunday ride in their group in Delhi (with my Ninja650R).

I can rider alone but where is the fun in that? Can any body help me with a contact in and around Delhi? (GODS will not accept me before 1 year as it is only 1 month with my higher capacity bike)

However, I don't want to be associated with bikers who are creator of menace on the roads. Looking forward to those, who keep self and other safety as their top priority in addition are believer of diversity (Not an exclusive Type of Group e.g only 1000CC or 150CC etc) .

I am sure such a sensible group generally put their egos and status symbol back in their home parking once riding with brotherhood but would appreciate if the group can accommodate me as I am.

PS: I am a rule and regulation type of person, so sensibility and punctuality can be expected out me.

Is there any way, I could get an xBHP sticker or Tee?, Is there an eligibility requirement or entrance test ?
