Hello everyone,
I am from Thrissur, the cultural capital of Kerala, presently based out of Bangalore.
This is actually my second post on here; the first one went in the Mojo thread, my principle reason for joining
I have been riding/driving since my college days and it has always given me immense pleasure and a sense of freedom. Been lucky enough to get married to someone who accompanies me on my rides without too much of a fuss, although am yet to do anything more than 350 kms a day with her. The first bike that I owned was a Yamaha Fazer 125 (the twin headlamp one) before I graduated to the first generation Pulsar 200. My initiation on long road trips happened on that bike and I loved it to the core. Since my needs dictated a more relaxed ride, bought a RE Electra in Jan, 2011 and have taken her to most places in Kerala and Karnataka, including a longish 2800 km round trip from my hometown through Wayanad, Coorg, Sakleshpura, Bangalore and the Hampi circuit. RE maintenance has finally caught up with me and most probably, I will be a Mojo owner soon
. I own an Access 125 as well.
Our family had a 2004 Honda City and I currently own a 2012 VW Vento and 2015 Maruti Suzuki Swift, all of them have been on some good road trips over the years.
Looking forward to sharing my future experiences with the community and generally have a good time here.
