  • Greetings from Vancouver

    Hey guys,

i used to be a member before but i moved to canada and i logged on after about a year and my profile was gone

guess it was because of the server crash heheh...

anyway, just wanted to say hello to everyone, especially the guys from bangalore, i miss my home and i miss my 180dtsi v1, which i had to sell before i came here...

on the positive side, the bikes here are amazing, if anyone's planning a trip to canada, please let me know

                      here are the pictures

sorry for spoiling the bike pictures by sitting on the bikes heheh,... i just couldnt resist.. i know you guys will understand, you can see the joy on my face, the first time sitting on a 1300cc bike. there were lots of other bikes and choppers but i didnt take pictures of them because my camera ran out of memory

hope you dont mind me uploading pictures of cars, i think anything with an engine is a thing of beauty

limited edition gsxr 600. the guy who's responsible for this was standing there and giving me advice on riding. he was surprised that someone from india knew so much about bikes. i told him we got a lot of hardcore bikers in india

Neat pics. Atleast you get to swing a leg over the bikes and grace your behind with italian leather out there. Here, due to the majority of posers and cheapos who pick their nose even enthusiasts like us are denied the privilege of even touching these beauties in most Indian auto shows.

OT: Thanks for the pics dude. I've driven that Spykar crazily in Test Drive Unlimited.

ya i know. i remember what i used to be like when they had a superbike in a show in b'lore, they keep a barrier and an armed guard around it...

over here, when i first saw the bikes i was scared to touch them, so i asked one of the organizers if i could sit on it, and he said yeah 'of course...'
                          imagine how happy i was

                            ^^lucky you bro!
Say do y'all have any rent-a-bike services there? And how much does it cost to get a valid licence? Or would I have to get an Inter national permit from India itself? Am planning to go to Alabama again in the near future. Last time i was there i heard it was around 60$ to get a licence. Ofcourse the tests they would have is a different ball game altogether. But thats a story left for some other thread.
