  • Hello from me and Cherry Bomb

Hello all from Indiana, USA! I have been a long time xbhp member and lurker (old handle: sid137), since 2009 to be more precise, when I acquired my vanilla thunder (RTR 180). That thing was something else!
Anyways, moved to the US 3 years back for my education. Picked up a pre-worshiped Daytona 675 last winter (the price was great ). Finally the summer is here, and looking forward to riding this beauty.

Welcome back, sid, hope you're not actually planning to be a menace.. Do you remember me from those days? I became a mod around 2012.

Its true that preworshipped bikes in US go so low, that sometimes one is amazed on the kind of deal he gets.
I've heard of R1's going for as less as $2500 or even lower! One of the benefits of being in a developed country! Anyhow, you take good care of her, always value her.

As usual, we would love the tour logs from the US!! Those would be amazing!

Yeah for the most part, motorcycles are inexpensive here. Especially in the winters people get rid of it, so that they don't pay insurance, and don't need a storage spot. And bigger bikes depreciate like crazy

Still think the 1000's are too much for me. Even the 675 is more than I can handle

I will try to be more active and post some of my trips!

Thanks, I'm riding a Duke 390 for now.

Yeah, I rode a Street Triple 675 once, and I felt it was good enough for all needs a biker has, touring, commuting, occasional racetrack stint and all.

        Sure, happy riding.
